1. Packaging & Preservation Standards
- Wrap delicate items (ceramics, brasswares, clay lamps) in protective bubble wrap and pack securely within double-walled cardboard boxes.
- For high-end carpets or rugs, wrap in heavy-duty polyethylene tubing to prevent moisture or friction damage during transit.
- Include a printed copy of the order packing slip inside the package.
2. Labeling & Documentation
- When an order is received, print the pre-paid DHL/FedEx shipping label generated inside your Vendor Dashboard.
- Ensure the barcode is fully visible and not taped over or creased on the box exterior.
- Print three copies of the commercial invoice (customs declaration) and insert them into the plastic packing envelope on the side of the box.
3. Pickup Scheduling & Tracking
- Schedule a courier pickup directly inside the dashboard tracking tab, or drop off packages at local DHL/FedEx aggregation nodes.
